It was one of the most frustrating questions of my life.

In this article, I am going to cover 3 things you must do to stop stuttering.

How can you stop stuttering? Here is the answer.

1) You must understand that stuttering is a challenge that needs to be approached both physically and psychologically.

You can’t stop stuttering just by learning a physical technique and expecting to use it to hide your stuttering every time you speak. Likewise, approaching the problem purely psychologically will probably not be enough to achieve the results you desire in most cases.

Therefore, you need to address both the physical and the psychological aspects of the challenge in order to be able to stop stuttering.
