Stuttering and An Interesting 3 Step System Which Will Improve Your Self-Esteem


We all know that the importance of self confidence and self-esteem is HUGE when it comes to dealing with stuttering.

Today, I am going to share with you a 3 step system which will improve your self-esteem to a high level in 3 simple yet powerful steps.

But before getting into that…

I want to tell you about my new friend Dr.X who is a very successful dentist…well, who WAS a very successful dentist but decided to quit his job(or “career” I should say) to shape his future and his life in a different way.

I know hard to believe, but that’s the story… true story!

Dr. X decided that there was something missing in his life, and working as a dentist was not going to fulfill him.

As unusual as it may sound, Dr. X stopped working as a dentist

… and he is now a very well known expert on self-esteem. He is a personal development trainer and a success coach.

Today, Dr. X is known by his successful Self-Esteem System… and that’s what I am going to talk about today.

First let me ask you this question…

How would you define self-esteem?

Dr. X says self-esteem is the feeling of being confident and capable of moving your life forward in any of the 6 main areas of your life… some of those 6 areas being health and appearance, relationship and family, wealth and finances, having fun, having a balanced life, being personally and spiritually fulfilled,etc.

Do you know why Dr. X decided to stop working as a dentist?

Because he realized that his passion and one of his values in life was being an inspiration to people. Writing was one of his strongest skills and he had the ability to create systems which make people to feel good about themselves.

Have you ever heard the saying “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life” ?

I guess Dr. X is a great example for that.

Anyways, back to Dr.X’s 3 step Self-Esteem System

Here are the 3 main steps in Dr. X’s Self-Esteem System:

STEP-1: Complete Your Past
STEP-2: Assess Your Present
STEP-3: Design Your Future

Step-1 is about completing your past.
How good, loveable, worthy, adequate are you?
How you can stop sabotaging your success and how you can access to the abundance in the world and great things in life.

In this step you actually discover what you “made up” for yourself in the past… which did not support you at all.
In one of the TV programs, I remember Dr. X mentioned that we might not able to change the history, but we are able to change our interpretation about history!

Step-2 is about questioning and analyzing your present.
What is in your world today?
What’s working and what’s missing in your life?

And finally Step-3 is about designing your future and making the right choices.

In simplest terms, Dr. X’s 3 step system is all about clearing up your past and moving powerfully to the future.
